Permit Compliance

We work with your City & Landlords to ensure 100% compliance prior to installation.

Before beginning the design process, we look at all required criteria and specifications from landlords and relevant state & local jurisdictions to prepare presentations accurately to minimize the duration between submittal and approval - including the appropriate engineering & permitting requirements.

Fabrication Service

Our experienced in-house fabrication and print shops will meet and exceed your expectations.

Located at our Houston location, our fully equipped 100,000 SqFt fabrication shop comprises a group of highly experienced welders, painters & technicians. As a complete turn-key fabrication facility, we have at our disposal a large format LASER CUTTER, multiple CNC Router Tables, and Channel Letter fabrication equipment , together with a fully equipped sheet fab shop.

Housed under the same roof is our graphics shop with the most up-to-date CMC Laser Cutter and Engraver, digital printing utilizing a large format roll printer & a large format flatbed printer, allowing second surface back print and raised print, with all of the software needed to create affordable & unique designs that can also be ADA-compliant. This allows us greater manufacturing flexibility and the ability to work to shorter lead times.

We are capable of all types of sign installation, from the smallest signs to the biggest, including pylon and high-rise signs100'+ in height. Our team of professional installers can also install your custom-fabricated canopies and awnings with precision and skill, adding a visually appealing aesthetic to your building and a structurally sound architectural element, enhancing its worth and functionality.
